The ESF ski school in Sainte Foy offers lessons to suit all. They have a young and vibrant team of male and female instructors who speak English and know exactly how to meet your needs.

A huge range of lessons is available from one off individual private lessons to group lessons for the whole week. This includes lessons in skiing, snowboarding and telemarking. There are also opportunities for snowshoeing and heliskiing. Lessons can be booked for mornings (starting at 9am) or afternoons (starting at 2:30pm).

Bookings are required for a week of lessons 3 weeks prior to your arrival in Sainte Foy and can be made on the official ESF website www.esf.net/en

 
 
    During the Christmas and February school holidays, the ESF also organise special events which include once weekly tourchlight decents on some of the main slopes back to the resort. These require very good snow conditions and therefore are not guaranteed.
